No wonder his coach mentioned the principle tried to fight for him... maybe due to the same concern "願意花多少時間與金錢去替他爭取這個權益"

Before asking you for help, I was thinking of asking a lawyer friend to write a letter to OHSSA to complain. I did not plan to put too much time since we are currently working very hard on his english barriers and adjusting our life.  

Your comments made me think more... if we want to fight, what might be the necessary procedure and how much time/money it might take.
