老貓老師和諸位給看看，官司贏之前，這律師到底收不收費?

正在找代理醫療事故官司的律師，看到下麵一則廣告：

 

No attorney’s fee unless we win your case.

廣告上還有下麵的話：

No legal fee unless we win your case. 

緊接著，又來了這樣一句話：

first office visit free.

Free initial consultation.

 

這是什麽意思？第一次或初次不收費，不就意味著第二次，第三次…要收費嗎？那不就和“No attorney’s fee unless we win your case. No legal fee unless we win your case.  ”矛盾了嗎？

到底官司贏之前，律師收不收費？一般怎樣收費呢？

如果沒贏的話，律師不收費，他不就陪老了嗎？
