We had a big accident and was our fault, after that we received a bill for $1,100 from Maryland State highway Administration, they claim this invoice for traffic control and/or clean up. We submitted it to GEICO and they called me today, said they never received this kind of bill before, and this isn’t covered by our insurance policy, the tax we paid should include traffic control. 老貓, what should we do? Should we pay this bill out of our pocket?
老貓, please help

馬州今年預算不足,所以 State highway Administration 對於損壞的設施會要求肇事方負責.
