Continue to numorous molds found in renting suite.

I am in OH. Landlord came to my house to take picture without permission. Is he allowed to do that? can the pictures be evidence on court? Of course I saw the pictures showing clothes hanging in bathroom and pots on oven.But they insist that the humidity leading to mold growth was from the hanging clothes. Please note that there is no visible mold in either bathroom.
