HOA adding later fee and lawyer fee on their courter claim

$1500, they have to open her celling to exam where the water come from. Since it is inside of the wall. and HOA put the new celling back. But ask her to pay. HOA also ask upstair to pay $9K. HOA only paid $300 for comoon water pipe.
