我怎麽就穿紅燈了？大家幫我看看。

前兩天受到stop fine 75刀的罰單，印象當中沒有超過速，也沒穿紅燈呀。上麵有電話就打了一個，正好接電話的就是給我們出罰單的，他說我們穿紅燈了，要是舉行聽證贏的機會不大。我不信，回來上photonotice.com,結果一看是這樣的：前麵是紅燈，我由西向南非常慢的右轉彎，因為有車從南轉西左轉彎，所以我覺得我的轉彎是很安全的，我的唯一缺點是在右轉彎之前沒有完全停止。問一下我還有機會贏嗎？
