It is a bad road. However, how do you prove the other car drove over 80 mph? You must know, 55 mph also is very fast. Your eyse cannot find the difference.

I don't beleive you can win. If you just have 60% responsiblilty, it is also very luck. If the other people have a lot of damage, maybe they will sue you also. Good Luck.
