I just moved out one month earlier. But according to the lease, this is called default. "If Tenant vacates prior to such expiration date, Tenant shall be deemed in default hereunder." and in the discount addendum, it says if tenant commits a default, then tenant will be responsible for refuding full amont of the discount.
The lease is in favor of landload, and has some traps in it. But I did not read it carefully. I was also cheated by that lady to move out so early.
Anyway, I learned a lesson.
