謝謝回複！我不太懂probate的法律手段，不過是在德州，好像自然而然的是夫妻雙方共享，

她老公不是什麽有錢人，在遺產分配上沒有請律師界入。lg兒子知道父親去世也知道遺囑的事，因為關係不好，連葬禮都沒參加。她lg除了婚前那一紙遺囑，財務上沒有與兒子有任何瓜葛。
