請問老貓及各位大俠，關於離婚

剛剛查到，我們州的no fault離婚有這麽一項“irreconcilable differences”- irreconcilable differences have caused the breakdown of the marriage for six months with no reasonable prospect of reconciliation。


請問如何出具證明呢？怎麽證明？

另外，如果file這種形式的離婚一般需要等多久？如果剛剛申請下綠卡就file離婚，是否對綠卡有影響？
