Thanks everybody. I talked to a local lawyer yesterday. He said he will negotiation with the landlord and try to termination the lease. I do not know how hard is and how long will be take. He also will send a letter to the sublet and hope to let him take some responsibility. I do not think he can find him. He seems does not know how hard to find a guy in ny china town.  Any other idea you can give me?
