Someone hit my car on July 29, 2010. I have police report. I claimed from his insurance and insurance company told me it was expired. I claimed from my own insurance with $500 dedductible. I like to get him to pay my deductible. It is almost a year and If I can still file a civil lawsuit aganist him?
