Only when you have a contested divorce then you can default. A matter of procedural issue. During an uncontested divorce, you and your spouse reach an agreement on everything and you file with the court. That is it.
If there is any dispute, on anything, then it is a contested divorce. One party will file an OSC. If the party does not answer, the court will enter a default judgment and rule in favor of the petitioner.
If you are willing to give up on anything she asked, then consent to an agreement. Save you some time and cost.
