Your insurance company would investigate.

From your decription, the store is definitely irresponsible, regardless whether your daughter climbed the table or not.  But since the damage is very small, you are probably not going to go anywhere with a lawsuit.

Report the unsafe store setup to the fire department.  A big table at the entrance can be a fire safety violation.  The fire department will go there inspect and make them correct it, if in violation.
