今天去紐約問了一些關於考公民的事.有的說可以考.有的說不可以

先說一下我的情況.我來美國時是24歲. 那時候不知道26之前要登記兵役.等我知道後去申請。己經27歲了[其實就超過十幾天.我是1982年8月2號生日.他們給我的回信日期是2009年8月17日]。可我還是把信寄出去了。他們也給我一張紙。上麵說我年齡己經超過.

問了三家辦移民的事務所。有二家說沒申請兵役不能考。要31才能考。 還有一家開始也是說不能考。但我給他看了SS給我的回信後。說我可以考。 我現在很煩惱到底能不能。因為我要急著申請我老婆。他12月份就畢業了。她是F1身份。 下麵是信的內容。這信我也都給問過的這三家移民事務所的人看過了。 就一家說我可以考。
