ago. Just FYI.
She was hit by another car when she was driving totally right. That
driver, who happened to be a single mother with two kids and without
a permanent job, and the most important, without insurance, got a
ticket, a fine as well, of course. She, that she, went to court and
surely got lost in the case. But, since my friend can not get damages
from her, so she have to went to another court to sue her. Easily,
the court was in favour of my friend and ruled $2000 from her to
my friend as indemnification. But, another but, she claimed she had
no money, and the court said it is MY FRIEND'S BUSINESS to collect the
money from her. WOW! Right? You would say a WOW too!
Today, guess how much my friend has got untill now? Not even a cent!
How many days that "poor" driver has spent in jail? None.
"have to pay the loss anyway", even "during your lifetime"? Hehe...
"have no way to escape"? Do you still think so?
Qouted from a web friend's post:
>You have to pay the loss anyway. Maybe now, maybe during you lifetime. >You have no way to escape from it. If you have the money and refuse to >pay, then prepare to spend you life in jail.
