我開始真有點想交錢買個省心,反正也不計點了. 可是心裏就過不了那個坎,覺得很不公平. LG也是支持我去法庭,多不了就是記點. 我決定選擇jury判決,就算失敗也要在眾人麵前說出事實.

BTW,should I file the complaint before or after I go to court? Could that effect my case and how?

I was driving normally with caution as I always do. The fact is the police car was always following me on my left, he had never come up to follow the traffic. All this happened after we all passed a traffic light, the traffic flow was moving faster as time goes. After the car next to me turned left and as the car in front of him (on left lane) moved faster and further, there was a big gap between the police car and the car in front of him (much bigger than the distance between me and the front car. But he didn't move up, and that's the time I finally changed the lane and got the ticket.
