反饋老貓

下麵是我昨天發的貼，感謝老貓的回複。
今天打電話詢問COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING AND ZONING，得到如下答複：A SINGLE FAMILY HOME CAN BE OCCUPIED／RENTED BY UP TO EIGHT PEOPLE NOT RELATED（NOT WITH SAME FAMILY）。看來我列舉的HOA條款是ZONING CODE。老貓昨天的判斷正確。

Article 2.3 (Land Use) indicates that "none of the Lots shall at any time be used for apartments or other types of multiple housing units; it being the intention of the Declarant that each and every one of the Lots be used solely for one(1) single family detached dwelling".

 

這是HOA限製分租的條款嗎？謝謝！
