One last try: Just let your agent tell her agent (or you tell her agent) that you have video clip from a bystander's cellphone that she caused the accident. If she denied, you will sue then in criminal court. (dont' know whether if it work for you) Last time in an car accident, I told agents that I had a video clip. If he denied, I would show you the clip. It worked ... But I did have a video clip. I followed his car and took the video of his car in a car park.
