一一不小心，貪了個便宜，ordered a free trial online. 就把這事忘了。過了幾天，收到一小盒，也懶的打開，又過一天，信用卡被人插走80大刀。趕緊打電話取消，NND當時取消功能不work，活人要到周一才行，趕緊給那公司發一Email，說取消，周一電話過去，人家說你過了試用期兩天了，there's no way to get your money back even I send back the UNOPENED box.
I asked them where did they say the trial period, they told me on the order confirmation email. I never received any email from them, they found they haven't sent yet. But no matter what, they don't give me any refund for any reason.
Is there anyway to deal with this kind of company? I should search review first, there's ton of people like me get ripped off by this BELLA BRITE company.
