Tax Question?

Sorry, can't type Chinese now.

I have a tax question. We bought a condo few years ago and rent out for 3 years and sold this year for a loss last year. I read through Schedule D and seems only investment house can deduct loss which is OK since this is a rental house. The problem is that we never file schedule E for this condo since it was at loss (even without consider repair and depreciation) around few hundred. We thought we can't deduct the loss anyway since our adjusted income is more than 150,000. Will the IRS have a issue with that? I do have all the rental lease to proved it was rented and proof I had loss on rental.

Or is there anyway I can refile Schedule E only for last 3 years. Since the 1040 number will not change. (Schedule E number will still be 0, since the income limit). Do we have to file 1040X? Thanks for any answer and comment.
