填完稅表後發現退稅額比fed withdraw的數目還要大,合理嗎?

我是用軟件抱的,去年投資了一點生意,還沒見到效益,所以損失幾萬.退稅比withdraw還高是不是把以前交的稅也退了?這可能嗎?
