I hesitate to file complaint because I believe those appellate judges will protect him, like he protected Visa's liars. I believe that my complaint will work only it gets public attention. Mr. He Guoqing would have not won his case if there were no public attention.

I will continue to write my story. When you read on you will see how the district judge take lies as facts.

no matter where, i just don't think a party should be allowed to win a case by lying.
