In my annual performance review, manager did give me a low grade

skills. Since he had talked to me about my accent and put me in the prounounce class, this English weakness is an accent problem. Because he admit i was strong in code development that was my job duty, and I was the only Chinese in the group, so that singled me out for discrimination, didn't it?
