Yes I agree. Actually I found out she blonged to the "child advantage program", not section 8. According to the court, first we are going to send her a "rent due" letter, then "past due" letter,after that we go to court etc.. This is such a hassle, we did thought about pay her a bit money and get her out but I don't think she will take the bait. Trust me we want her to be out asap! She stole 2 checks from my sister and cashed them illegally, also damaged the brand new door bell and door... who knows what is like in the unit!
