You'd better check with your health insurance company. By the way, Doctors in the US is paid by minutes, she/he can charge for time. Usually, your insurance company will audit the charge. if you have any questions, talk to your insurance company. If your insurance doesn't require co-payment, you probably will have to pay higher out-of-pocket money.
