What your wife signed does NOT mean she commit the crime or misdemean.
Just like the traffic ticket, you signing on the ticket demanded by
officer does NOT mean you are already guilty on your moving behaviour.
Nobody but judge can convict you, unless that, you are not guilty.

Tan3Bai2 always means Cong2Yan2 in US. Only you don't commit and there
are no convincing evidence, after you made some kind of agreement with
prosecutor, your Tan3Bai2 can come out with Cong2Kuan1.

So, go and find your wife a lawyer, it is always good for you.
