7-39.4 Handicapped Parking on Private Property Open to the Public and to Which the Public is Invited (Retail Business).
In accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40:48-2.46, the following off-street parking yards are designated as handicapped parking areas. Such spaces are for use by persons who have been issued special identification cards, plates or placards by the Motor Vehicle Commission, or a temporary placard issued by the Chief of Police. No other person shall be permitted to park in these spaces.
7-39.8 Penalties.
For violations of this section, the offender shall be liable to a penalty of not less than twenty ($20.00) dollars nor more than three hundred ($300.00) dollars or imprisonment for a term not exceeding fifteen (15) days, or both. (Ord. No. OR:96/07 § 129-6.2; Ord. No. OR:03/16)
