The problem he is fake injury.

This is minor injury case at most.  There are four people involved.   We have two people and his truck have two people.   His driver did not injury.   The passenger find a lawyer and keep go to see doctor and chropratical for one year.   He claim he can't go to work for one year and ask for compensation.    Medical evidence only indicated possible soft tissue injuried at most.

This is why they even accept settlement.   Basically, there is no case.   He use this accident and try to make money from it.
