請師傅來修房頂, 如果他沒有License and insurance ,會有什麽問題?

我請一個小公司來換修房頂, 我問他們有沒有:License and insurance 因為牽涉到上去修的人的安全,

他們說有, 可是沒有亮給我看, 我擔心要是出了事, 可他們沒有的話, 我會有什麽樣的責任?
