Your question is so vague. Without some essential information it would be impossible to answer. For example, which state? For example, how long have you owned the house and how long is your marriage?
There are many complicated issues. If you are in a community property state, your wife would acquire some interest in the house even though it is your separate property. Are you saying your wife would quit claim deed her interest to you? Or to both of you as tenants in common or joint tenants?
Generally speaking a quit claim deed will not have any warranty on the title. It has nothing to do with property division but I am not sure that is what you are asking.
