Websites are protected against by freedom of speech rights. You have no obligation to provide any information ICC sought. ICC would naturally subpoena such information but that is hard to get since you are not a party in any suit. Having said that, certainn speeches are not protected, for example, libel. First Trek may believe that it has a valid libel claim against one of the posters.
You do need to consult an attorney in case you need to quash a subpoena. Worst case, First Trek could also sue you since you in libel of business disparagement since you may be considered a second publisher of the libelous statement.
