向apt. 大俠匯報，請教

我part time 準備patent exam有兩個月了，到現在還是一頭霧水。有些問題跟您請
教。

1。讀不讀MPEP
您跟我說2100 三遍， 1800兩遍。我讀1800一遍就用了半個月。然後我想appendix是
不是更簡潔。我又花了半個月時間讀appendix T。當然作筆記很費時間。我現在是
看mypatentbar.com上的問題，然後去看解釋中涉及的MPEP部分。但是沒有人提及看
appendix。我老想無論是考試還是工作用appendix是不是效率更高。
2。關於assignment 的問題
A。有關recording
an assignment, grant, or conveyance shall be void as against any subsequent
purchaser or mortgagee for valuble consideration, without notice unless
it is recorded in the PTO within 3 months from its date or prior to the
date of such subsequent purchase or mortgage.
 "3 months from its date or prior to the date"是指下次買賣之前或者之後3個
月嗎?
mortgage是指分期付款來買patent吧?
B。我來這個大學工作的時候，他們讓我簽了放棄知識產權權利同意書。但是我工作
的時候還是作了很多智力貢獻的。如果申請專利我應該算是inventor.申請專利的時
候它們是不是還要我簽assignment， 這樣我才能被徹底放棄權利?
