Thank 老貓's response on my previous post...
here is my current situation:
I bought a house from court auction sale and previous owner's lawyer file the Notice of Lis Pendens. See my previous posting on this:

We just hired a lawyer firm last Friday to evict the previous owner since our eviction has been dismissed two week ago. But today we heard from the lawyer representing the bank that the bank might like to settle this foreclose with the previous owner. Our lawyer has not started the eviction process yet, and I asked the lawyer to stop the eviction process right after I got this news.
Since we hired the lawyer just for eviction, I don't know what I should do to handle this situation. We have already spent a lot of time and money so far. Do you think I need our current lawyer to deal with the bank and trustee to settle this or we should handle the settlement our-self?
Any suggestion and things I need to be aware?
