求助,銀行錢被人online轉走千元,

但我過了10個月看e-statment才發現報告local branch. 一周後銀行來信以bank agreement說要在60天以內報告為由,拒絕還我錢.我是又急又氣,求助我如何能拿回錢?找律師有用嗎? 多謝各位!!
