that lots of companied have very similar names and I can tell they are doing the same business from the title. Just confused that why they can get along well with each other while my friend has such bad luck. What if my friend changes company's name and have the same problem later does he have to keep changing name until nobody use it first?  What if my friend register the trade make now can he be protected by law?  We know the other party has not registered yet.
