The applicant has perfect credit score (near 800). He has about $50k annual disability income. So that's not good reason.
This person uses special canes and is wobbly when he walks. I am afraid of liability if he falls in the house. The house is not handicapped designed. It has no ramp for wheelchair. A lot of tile floor, which can be slippery. Can I use this reason, that the house is not handicap equipped?
