我在ebay上賣一家品牌的首飾，我不知道這是侵權沒有法律常識。 上月底收到ebay message 被告知2個listing被removed 並提到是這家品牌公司讓他們removed。 我就再沒有賣了。 今天收到了這家品牌的demanding letter，讓我立即停止賣他家的東西，告知我在ebay上賣他家的東西是侵權，並讓我提供供應商和總共在ebay上賣了多少。我沒有供應商，是在網上聊天遇到一個同胞說她要回國了有些東西可以便宜賣給我。她寄了幾個給我，我在ebay上試著賣了，ebay上有很多人在賣。我試過後就把她的東西接了。我到現在也不知道她的名字。這個事實就像是講故事沒人能信。 我現在不知道該怎麽辦。知道有麻煩了， 但是不知道該怎麽辦。同胞們給些建議吧， 謝謝！！
