We did hire a Chinese  American law firm who often put ads on the local TV.   It turns out it did not help much.    Initially it suggest we sue the other driver,   so his firm file a sue agast the other driver.      Now original lawyer who handle the case left the firm.   The firm assign a new korean guy to handle the case.   Recently the other side insurence lawyer send a letter to him to purpose settlement.     The condition is he will not sue us.  Now he tried to pursude us the settle with the otherside.    His reason is in case we lose, the other insurence will ask us pay fee could upto $4000 - $10000.     He also try to pursude us that this settlement did not affect ongoing case that the other passenger ask us for money.  

If he has so little confidence on us can win the case, why file the suit in first place?   (Those two are different guy).

I hope there is expert on this board.     I listen the opinion from both side, negative or positive.
