If they ask you "did you do it", anybody know what is the best answer?

1. I don't think so.

2. I don't remember or I forgot.

3.  I take the Fifth or said "Five it."

4.  Just keep silent. (shut the mouth)

5.  I need an attorney.

6.  I refuse to answer.
