How can him put his parents as the 401k beneficiary? in my school, the retirement beneficiary has to be the spouse. If select other people the spouse has to sign a release form to give up the right as a lawful beneficiary. Also, check whether your name is on the Deed of your house and your bank accounts. It is important.
