Thanks a lot for your advice!  The problem is that I cannot go back to Texas at this time.  Based on the article what you mentioned above, if they want to come to SC to garnish my salary, they need to get a sister-judgement, and the judgement creditor will notify the judgement debtor (me) for the filing, can I wait until then to try to talk to them? I didn't see that paper because I am not in Texas now, my friend told me about it.
