collect all sorts of evidance that shows
1. his wife's financial status is not stable.
2. She is dating someone who has some record against teenagers.
3. She has tendency to send his son back to China.
4. She is mentally unstable.
5. Have his attorney frequently contact his wife's boss to scam her job -- he will automatically win if she loses her job over a certain period.
6. any proof suggesting a poor residential environment for his son to grow up such as bad school district, lack of study equipment, etc.
7. Contact his attorney and see if there are ways to slow down her visa process. If she's not been honest in filling her visa applications in certain area, report her immediately to IRS. Things like she used to be in communist party but circle NO in application. If she is deported, he gets his son back right away.
