Hi everybody:
I live in a Co-Op building in NYC Queens. I have 2 kids but my appartments are fully carpetted and we followed the house rules regarding my kids' activities. My neighbor filed a number of complaints about the noise from my appartment. I got a letter yesterday from the General Consel of the management company that they recommend to host a remediation process between me and my neighers. Have anyone know anything about the mediation process? Do I need to get my own attorney for the meeting? If I do, can anyone please refer a good attorney?
