房東要我賠damage

我在加拿大的Ontario。搬出來的時候房東沒說有什麽損壞，沒有簽什麽check out form。幾天後房東說有damage，說要寄帳單給我付。但是不讓我看什麽地方壞了。請問有什麽建議？謝謝。
