My niece currently attends boarding high school in US, and she is applying US colleges for fall of 2011 right now, her current F1 visa will not be expired until June 2014.
My question is does she need a new F1 visa for college or just change the name of school in the existing I-20 form? how does this proceed?
-Just get a new I-20 from the College/University and then, she can enroll the College/University. The College/University will do the F1 transfer for her and she dos not need to go out of US. If she visits China/outside US, she needs to get a new F1 visa using the new I-20 to come back,
