SO, THE ORIGINAL LETTER FROM DA IS NOT NECESSARY?
U THINK ALL I NEED IS , because my immigration lawyer told me to bring all 3 documents:
1. A original certificate of disposition
2. police report
3. DA 起訴書
but, i am only able to get the certificate of disposition
