Arrest Report is not same as police report. Did you ask the police department if there is any other way to get it besides hiring attorney?  For example, if it will work if you go there by yourself.

移民官隻能根據最後法庭的判決來決定犯罪記錄對於移民的影響. Arrest Report和police report不可以作為證據.我想對於的你的情況,移民官大概已經看過並且心中有數了.所以基本上應該沒有問題.為防萬一,可以盡量去拿police report.即使沒有拿到,如果要求RFE,再補也沒有關係.

至於怎麽拿到Police Report, 老貓應該清楚.

另外,對於Expunge的問題,老貓曾經提過,最好在入籍之前不要做,因為一旦expunge,萬一移民官再要求什麽材料,你也拿不到了.
