car accident

My son had a car accident at McD's parking lot when he went to there to buy dinner for himself. The third part told insurance company maybe my son was delivering pizza because my son wore the pizza store uniform that time. My son's car has no business insurance. The insurance company request a letter from my son's manager ask " if my was working and delievering pizza at that time of loss."

My son's manager wrote a letter say " My son was getting dinner for himself and was not delivering pizza at that time."

Anybody can let me to know if my son's manager's letter is helpful for my son.
