關於給國內寄錢和交稅的問題

今年我媽診斷為癌症，我給家裏寄了大概兩萬元錢，（因為不可能回國照顧，隻有通過寄錢來表達孝心）
而且明年肯定還需要寄錢。請問我需要為這些錢交稅嗎？哪裏可以找到相關法規？
